This is a tiny bit different than most, but incredible!

Wash and dry chicken parts. Salt chicken lightly and rub softened butter all over.

In large skillet, deep fry chicken until browned and cooked through. Transfer to baking pan, breast down, and bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes and remove. Brush with melted butter and serve.
