2 cups cooked, crumbled sausage (I use Jimmy Dean or Owens roll sausage)

1 1/2 cups grated sharp Cheddar cheese

1 /2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese

1 cup prepared Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix

1 can (2.25 ounces) sliced black olives

1/2 cup finely chopped red pepper

1 package fresh or frozen won ton wrappers

Vegetable cooking spray

Blot the excess grease from the sausage with paper towels. Combine the sausage,

cheeses, salad dressing, olives and red pepper in a bowl. Lightly grease muffins

tins with the cooking spray, then press one wrapper into the bottom of each tin.

Spray the won ton wrappers lightly with more cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees F

until lightly golden brown. Remove from tins. When ready to assemble, place the won tons

on a baking sheet and fill with some of the filling. Bake for about 5 minutes or

until bubbly. If you chill the filling you will need to bake a little longer.

Makes 4 to 5 dozen.
