6 tablespoon onion powder

3 tablespoon sugar

3 tablespoon garlic powder

4 teaspoons dried thyme flakes

4 teaspoons ground cinnamon

3 tablespoon ground allspice

2 teaspoons ground nutmeg

3 tablespoon fresh-ground pepper

1 dried habanero chile, chopped fine OR

2 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
