1 Onion; chopped

1 Celery stalk; chopped

2 Green peppers; chopped

3 Tbsp Butter

1 1/2 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Pepper

1/2 tsp Paprika

3 cup Water

3 cup Milk

1/2 cup Light cream

1 cup Cottage cheese

Cook the onion, celery and green peppers in the butter for 15 minutes.

Add the salt, pepper, paprika, water and milk. Cover and cook over

low heat 1 hour. Just before serving, add the cream and cheese. Heat

but don\\\'t boil.
