2 c Warm water

1 pk Yeast

1/2 c Mashed potatoes

1/2 ts Salt

1-1/2 c Flour

Add yeast to the water and let it soften 10 min. Add the potatoes, salt and flour. Mix and beat

3 min. The batter will be thin. Cover and let stand in a warm place for 1/2 hr. Beat and let

stand two more times. Place muffin rings on a med hot greased griddle and fill rings 1/3

full. Brown and turn. Cool on a rack. Split and toast to re-heat.
