18 oz bread flour

1.75 oz sugar

.33 oz salt

.5 oz fresh yeast

2 oz whole egg

9 oz milk

2.5 oz butter

.15 oz malt syrup

combine warm milk and yeast. add malt syrup mix and then add remaining ingredients. Mix until smooth texture. Let rise till

double in size. Punch down dough and scale into 2 oz portions. Make round balls and then roll into desired shapes.

Bake in 400 degree preheated oven till evenly brown.
