18-1/3 oz. oil

7-1/3 oz. white wine vinegar

3-2/3 oz. saffron fish stock concentrate

2 tbsp. small capers, chopped

2 tbsp. parsley, chopped

1-1/2 oz. mixed herbs (tarragon, chervil,

chives) chopped

2-1/2 oz. onion, pared, chopped

salt and pepper, to taste

Combine all ingredients in bowl; mix well.
