2/3 c 7-Up or Gingerale
1 c Milk
1 tb Oil
1 Egg
4 c Self-rising flour
Mix these together into a smooth dough, kneed in bowl 5 mins. Pat out 1.5″ thick between 2 sheets greased waxed paper, cut with 2.5″ glass, place close together in greased baking pan. bake 425 18 mins. or till browned. Makes about 20
