Wild Rice Polenta Sheets

Pesto Sauce

ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS

mushrooms, sliced, sauteed, to taste

cooked lobster meat, to taste

6 baby artichokes, blanched, cut in half

TO SERVE

Spoon pesto sauce onto plate; arrange 2 polenta shapes on sauce. Top with mushrooms and lobster meat; spoon additional sauce over. Garnish with artichokes halves.
