Surprise Easter Gelatin Dessert

1 small box lemon gelatin
Coconut
Green food coloring
1 package assorted color jellybeans or small Easter eggs

You must use clear glass bowl. Follow package directions for preparing gelatin. Just before gelatin sets, add jelly beans so that they are visible throughout. Dye enough coconut green to cover top of gelatin. When firmly set, cover top of gelatin with coconut, creating a grass effect. Place remaining jelly beans in grass.
