Shoestring Haystacks

24 ounces butterscotch chips
6 to 8 ounces shoestring potatoes
1 cup salted peanuts or dry roasted peanuts

Melt chips over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and quickly stir in shoestring potatoes and nuts until evenly coated. Drop by teaspoon onto wax paper and chill.
