Pizza Dough

Set the timer on your bread machine before you go to work in the morning to have fresh dough ready to bake when you get home.

1 cup water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Place all ingredients in bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select the dough cycle and start machine. When the dough has finished rising, remove and make pizza.
