Oven Fried Chicken Breasts

8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 box Ritz crackers, crushed into fine crumbs

Dip chicken into yogurt, then roll in cracker crumbs. Place chicken in a large baking pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes on each side.

Makes 8 servings.
