Lemonade Muffins1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour Sift together flour, the 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder and salt. Combine egg, 1/2 cup lemonade concentrate, lemon peel, milk and butter. Add flour mixture; stir just until moistened. Stir in walnuts; do not over-beat. Fill paper-lined 2 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake in 400 degree F oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
