Hunter's Sauce for Wild Duck

1 cup red currant jelly
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Juice of 2 lemons
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish sauce
1 cup dry red wine

Combine ingredients in a small, heavy saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer slowly until slightly thickened.
