Governor Abraham Ribicoff's Coffee Cake1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine Topping Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a Bundt pan. Cream margarine and sugar. Add vanilla extract. Cream. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg is added. Stir in flour mixture and sour cream alternately - a small amount at a time - always begin with flour mixture and end with flour. Put half of the mixture into prepared Bundt pan. Add 3/4 cup of the topping on top of the batter. Pour remaining batter gently over the topping and the first layer of batter.
