Cream Cheese Fudge4 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate Melt chocolate in microwave, then cool to room temperature. With cream cheese at room temperature, mix cream cheese with chocolate. Add confectioners sugar and vanilla extract. Pat into an 8- or 9-inch pan. Refrigerate a couple of hours before cutting.
