I make this in a cast iron skillet, but it can be made into muffins as well. Just fill muffin tin about 2/3 full and bake at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes. 2 cups all-purpose flour Combine the first 5 ingredients. Scald butter and cream. Add this to dry ingredients.
