Blueberry Pudding Cake2 cups blueberries Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place blueberries and lemon juice in an 8-inch square pan. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg and the 3/4 cup sugar. Beat in milk, egg, melted butter and vanilla extract. Spread over berries. Mix 1 cup sugar with cornstarch and sprinkle over batter. Pour boiling water over all. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
