However, you can forgo butter and spread the popover with all-fruit jam and still remain within your own healthy eating guidelines. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Spray six 6-ounce custard cups or 6-cup popover pan with nonstick cooking spray. Mix all ingredients with hand beater just until smooth (do not overbeat). Fill cups about 1/2 full. Bake 20 minutes.
