Strawberry Cream YogurtAnonymous Fri Oct 07 12:04:21 2005 8 oz. vanilla-flavored yogurt 8 oz. strawberry puree 4 oz. sugar 1/4 oz. gelatin 4 oz. orange juice 8 oz. heavy cream, whipped Combine yogurt, puree and sugar; mix well. Bloom and dissolve gelatin in orange juice; add to yogurt mixture. Cool to 65 to 70 degrees; fold in whipped cream. Spoon on top of gelee in glasses or molds.
