3 oz Fresh broccoli crowns

12 oz stealhead troute

1/2 tblspn old bay seasoning

1/4 tblspn garlic salt

1/4 tblspn blk pepper

1/2 tsp marjoram

1 tomatoe

1 tblspn shortning

Apply seasonings to fish. Heat frying pan and add shortining, once shortining is to temp. fry fish till flakes with fork.

Steam broccoli crowns when you start frying fish. appx carbs 6
