Quick Coffee Cake

1/2 c Margarine

1/4 c Sugar

1 ea Egg

1-1/2 c Flour

2 ts Baking powder

1/2 ts Salt

1/2 ts Soda

1/2 c Sour cream

1/2 ts Vanilla

TOPPING: 2 T Butter or margarine 1/2 c Brown sugar 2 T Flour 1/2 c Chopped nuts or

coconut 2 T Cinnamon Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream margarine, sugar, and egg.

Add dry ingredients to flour and blend into creamed mixture alternately with sour cream.

Add vanilla. Put in greased 9 x 9 inch baking pan and cover with topping ingredients which

have been mixed together. Bake 20-25 minutes. Serve hot. Yield: nine 3-inch squares.
