Peachy Raspberry Soda

2 large peaches, pitted

1 pint raspberry sherbet

1-1/2 cups sugar-free ginger ale, chilled

Extract juice from peaches (1 cup), using juice extractor. Pour 1/4 cup peach juice into each of 4 short, wide glasses. Place 1 scoop (about 1/2 cup) sherbet in each glass. Fill with ginger ale. 4 servings
