Nanaimo BarsBottom layer Melt butter, sugar, cocoa in double boiler. Add egg and stir until cooked and thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in crumbs and coconut. Press into an 8-inch square pan. Middle layer Cream ingredients together. Beat until light. Spread over bottom layer. Top layer Melt over low heat. Spread over top of bars. Cool in refrigerator.
