Mayonnaise Muffins

1 1/4 cups self-rising flour
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 cup milk

Mix ingredients in order given. Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned. These freeze well.

Yields 6 to 8 large muffins or 2 dozen small ones.
