Honey Bun BarsCrust Filling Icing Crust: No need to sift flour. Measure by lightly spooning into cup and leveling off. Cut butter into flour until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add water and blend until a dough forms. With floured fingers, press onto bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Drizzle honey over crust; spread slightly. Spread filling over crust. Bake at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with pecans. Return to oven, bake 10 minutes longer. Cool slightly, drizzle with Icing. Filling: In saucepan melt butter in water. Bring to a boil and add flour and salt all at once. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture forms a stiff ball, about 1 minute.
