Ginger Baste For PorkAnonymous Tue May 23 19:49:14 2006 2/3 cup brown sugar 2 tablespoon cornstarch 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger root 2 each cloves garlic -- crushed 1/4 cup wine vinegar 2/3 cup soy sauce 1/4 teaspoon MSG -- (Optional) Combine ingredients thoroughly until sugar is dissolved.
