1/2 c Nuts, chopped

1 T Orange Peel, grated

2 c All Purpose Flour

1 c Sugar

1-1/2 t Baking Powder

1 t Salt

1/2 t Baking Soda

2 T Shortening

1/4 c Orange Juice

1 ea Egg, well beaten
