Chinese Chews1 cup granulated sugar Combine sugar, baking powder, salt and flour in a large bowl. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Blend well. Spread as thinly as possible in a 9-inch square pan. Bake at 325 degrees F for about 35 minutes. Cool enough to handle. Cut into squares.
