Chile and Lime Chicken Wings

Anonymous Tue May 23 19:37:28 2006

5 pounds chicken wings, separated

1 cup lime juice

4 ounces green chilies -- peeled and sliced

4 tablespoon garlic powder

2-1/2 tablespoon paprika

2 tablespoon salt

1 tablespoon lemon pepper

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1/4 cup vegetable or olive oil

Puree the chilies in a food processor or blender Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Marinade for

at least 2 hours refrigerated. I usually marinade 3 hours or so. Grill wings, basting as

needed with saved marinade. Wings are done when they don\'t stick to the grill. If you want

to add a little kick to \'em, throw a tablespoon of cayenne in the mix.
