Chile Relleno CasseroleAnonymous Tue May 23 19:37:34 2006 8 NM green chilies -- roasted, peeled, -- seeded, chopped 1/2 pound Jack cheese -- cut in strips 1 cup cheddar -- shredded 1/4 cup flour 3/4 cup milk 1/4 teaspoon salt Preheat oven to 350F. Mix milk into flour. Add salt and cheddar. Lay four chilies in the bottom of a baking dish. Layer on half the Jack cheese. Another layer of chilies and cheese. Pour on milk mixture.
