Mix well and cook a few minutes then add: tomato juice cider vinegar Worcestershire (or something) liquid smoke (I keep meaning to try chipotle instead) molasses (I actually use equal, after heat is off, because I do better without carbs--molasses tastes and looks better) Simmer until it starts to reduce and smell right.
