Cashew Butter (Xmas)

2 cups cashews

2 tablespoon butter

1/2 teaspoon salt -- up to 1

With metal blade in food processor add cashews to beaker of processor. Process turning

on and off rapidly, until cashews are finely ground. Add butter and salt; process until

smooth. Taste and add more salt, if desired; process.
