Cantonese Shrimp BarbequeAnonymous Tue May 23 19:36:09 2006 2 pounds shrimp, large, deveined, peeled 3 each thin slices of ginger 2 teaspoons ginger 6 each green onions 1/4 cup dry white wine 3 tablespoon soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 tablespoon sugar 2 tablespoon vegetable oil 2 each cloves garlic -- minced Shell and devein shrimp, leaving tails intact. Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl. Marinate shrimp for two hours. Put shrimp on oiled skewers and grill three inches above hot charcoal about 4 - 5 minutes on each side.
