Butterscotch Banana Bars1/2 cup butter or margarine In a bowl, combine margarine or butter, sugars and eggs. Add flour, soda, salt, buttermilk and ripe bananas. Beat at medium speed with mixer until well combined. Pour into a greased 15 x 10-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool and frost. Frosting In a saucepan, melt together butter, brown sugar and milk. Do not boil. Stir in confectioners' sugar until smooth. Pour immediately over Butterscotch Banana Bars.
