Brisket Marinade - 1

1 tablespoon garlic salt

1 tablespoon pepper

1 teaspoon onion salt

1/2 cup vinegar

1/3 cup catsup

1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce

Marinade brisket (app. 10 lbs.) in sauce for 12 hours prior to cooking. Posted to the BBQ
