Bourbon Marinade

1/4 cup bourbon

1/4 cup soy Sauce

1/4 cup Dijon Mustard

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 each small onion -- chopped fine

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1 dash Worcestershire Sauce

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, mix well and refrigerate. Use this marinade on all
