12 ounces beer

1/2 cup vinegar

1/4 cup oil -- canola or corn

1/2 medium onion -- chopped

2 cloves Garlic -- minced

2 tablespoon Mansion barbecue spice mix

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Apply the sauce with a small string
