Basic MuffinsAnonymous Fri Oct 07 15:28:24 2005 1 c Mixed whole grain flours 1/2 ts Sea salt 1 ts Heaping, low sodium baking Powder. 1 T Unrefined oil 1 Egg, beaten 1 T Dark molasses 1 c Buttermilk Mix dry ingredients. Stir in the oil and rub in well with fingers. Add egg, molasses and buttermilk. Stir well. Fill greased muffin tins a little over halffull. BAke 15-17 minutes at 450 degrees.
