Barbecued Pork Chops for the Slow Cooker

6-8 lean pork chops

2/3 cup water

1/2 cup catsup

1/3 cup vinegar

1 t. salt

1 t. celery salt

1/4 t. nutmeg

1 bay leaf

Brown chops. Mix water, catsup, vinegar, salt, celery salt, nutmeg

and bay leaf. Pour over pork chops that have been put in crockpot.

Cover and cook on low heat for 8-10 hours or for 4-5 hours on high.
