TO SERVE

Dip chilled spare ribs in barbecue sauce; char grill until heated through. Slice; arrange on heated plate. Slice sausage in half; arrange on plate. Suggested accompaniments include garlic mustard greens, grilled sweet corn, potato-onion salad, baked black-eyed peas and cucumber-tomato relish.
