Baked Halibut

Roasted Red Pepper Coulis

TO SERVE

Spoon 2 oz. coulis onto center of plate. Slice fish on bias. Garnish with fish-tail poppy seed cracker and fresh basil leaf. Also can be served with braised endive and mushroom ravioli.

NOTES

Season: Year round

Wine notes: Fume Blanc Reserve
