Artichoke Garlic Bread

1 loaf French or sour dough bread

6 cloves garlic -- minced

2 tablespoon butter

1-1/2 cups sour cream

2 cups Monterey Jack cheese

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

2 teaspoons lemon pepper

14 ounces artichoke hearts -- cut up fine

Slice bread and remove the center and tear pieces into small chunks. In a large pan, saut?r

garlic in butter, add bread chunks and saut?until golden. Remove from heat and add

remaining ingredients to the bread chunks. Mix well and place mix back in the bread crust.

Top with 1 C. Cheddar Cheese. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes in oven Or, this can be

wrapped in foil and heated in the smoker for about 45-50 minutes, long enough to heat

and melt the cheese.
