1 lb ahi finely chopped

1 medium onion diced

4 sliced green onions

2 T Cilantro

1 T sambal olek

1 T lime juice

2 T Worcestershire sauce

TT Salt and Pepper

Sweet_Roasted_Corn_Relish

Combine ahi, onion, green onions, cilantro, sambal olek, lime juice, and Worcestershire

sauce. In hot saute pan with some olive oil place 2 oz portions and cook about 1 min

on each side. Serv with Sweet roasted Corn Relish
